Graphitized Petroleum Coke (GPC) also called Carbon Raiser,it is a high-purity carbon material produced by heat-treating petroleum coke at 2,500-3,500°C, resulting in high fixed carbon (98-99%+), low sulfur (0.01-0.05%), and low nitrogen. It serves as a superior recarburizer/carbon raiser in steelmaking and ductile iron casting, offering high absorption rates, and is also used as a friction material.
