CPC/GPC/Calcined Athracite Coal Carbon Raiser/Recarburizer​

 

which refers to the graphitized recarburizer, which means that the molecular structure of carbon products is changed by high temperature or other means, and there is a regular arrangement. This molecular arrangement , the molecular spacing of carbon is wider, which is more conducive to the decomposition and nucleation in molten iron or steel. There are many materials that can be used as recarburizers for cast iron. Commonly used are artificial graphite, calcined petroleum coke, natural graphite, coke, anthracite and mixtures made of such materials. Graphite recarburizer is mainly used in electric furnace smelting to obtain better molten iron by carburizing with low or even zero consumption of pig iron.

Application :

1.Graphitized carburant is a good carburant for smelting.

2. After deep processing, graphitized carburetor can be used as negative J material for lithium-ion batteries, as well as explosive materials stabilizer for  industry.

3. It can also be used in chemical industry reducing agent, casting reducing inoculant, refractory and other fields.
